Nick studied film and media in his home city of Norwich in the east of England before moving to Liverpool to take a degree in journalism. After graduating, he worked as a freelancer for a number of publications before joining Dow Jones Newswires in London. After a brief stint as an English teacher in Germany, he joined DW-WORLD's English team in 2002.
